How to Enter the Staples Customer Satisfaction Survey



You Will Need:

  • A computer or mobile device with internet access
  • A basic understanding of English
  • A valid receipt from Staples with a survey invitation
  • Be a legal resident of the U.S., excluding Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Na Hawaii, to enter the sweepstakes drawing
  • Be at least 21 years old at time of entry to be eligible for the sweepstakes

Instructions:



  1. Keep your purchase receipt because you will need to enter some information printed on it.
  2. Enter the survey site at staplescares.com.
  3. Enter the sixteen digit code printed on the receipt. There is a diagram displayed to the left of the screen to help you locate the invitation code. Click start to begin the survey.
  4. Think about your most recent shopping trip at Staples and answer a series of survey questions regarding your overall experience.
  5. Please answer all questions honestly and thoroughly.
  6. To move to the next page of the survey, you must answer all questions on the current page.
  7. You can use the text boxes provided to give more information.
  8. Upon answering all survey questions, you will get a chance to enter the Staples Customer Satisfaction Survey $500 Monthly Sweepstakes.
  9. Enter your contact information as requested if you wish to enter the drawing.

    At the Moses Lake store Staples they are the greatest . they helped me out of several problems that I DID TO MY COMPUTOR . Sebastian spent over a hour trying to fix it and my printer . he is the best !!!!!!!!! got me up and running and even call to see is I got them set up right when I got home. THANK YOU SO MUCH
