The Middlecounties Co-Op is the United Kingdom’s largest cooperative. A part of the Community Benefit Societies Act of 2014, the cooperative has grossed over £1 billion in profits to date. Although not without controversy, the cooperative is very focused on the betterment of the communities it serves and it does its best to listen to its customer base in hopes of becoming a better cooperative for families across the UK.

What You’ll Need:
- Your receipt.
- A few minutes time.
- A working internet connection.
Instructions:
- Go to talk2coop.co.uk.
- Enter your 3 or 4-digit op number.
- Enter the store number located on your co-op receipt.
- Enter your Txn number and click the green “next” arrow.
- Answer the remaining questions to rate your experience with the cooperative.
- Submit your survey to be entered for a chance to win co-op vouchers.
